Paris: A Photo Story

Beloved Paris

I mentioned before how I love France. I still haven’t talked as much about it as I would like, just because of time. I am a Francophile through and through. I try to speak French, watch French, read French and keep in contact with my French friends. I love the country, the food, the people. Since we mostly go to Paris when we visit, it is important for me to do new things every time we go, explore the city.

I never feel as if I have enough time when I visit Paris. I always express gratitude at being there in the city I love. I console myself that as long as I am alive, I can always come back.

Vacation Low Point:
I caught a virus after coming back from Morocco. I spent one night curled up in a ball in between trips to the bathroom. Definitely not fun.

Vacation High Point:
I finally made a trip to the Le Bon Marche, Paris’s oldest department store. While I was trying to find the food halls, I discovered the book and paper store. There was one for the adults and the children. I spent at least an hour just looking and touching all of the beautiful literature and art books that pleased me. It was like heaven to me.

Here are a few photos from the trip. Enjoy!
